Circulation Picture

Of all natural materials for conducting heat, water is the best. Temperature changes of water can be accurately controlled and measured. So there is less "over-shooting" of thermostat settings and less wasted heat. The Hydro-Comfort heating system uses less energy overall and the water still circulates even when the boiler isn't burning gas bringing the correct amount of warmth to each zoned area.

In this graphic you can clearly see the difference between installing forced air duct work as opposed to a ¾ inch tube for Hydronic heating. Clearly the structure has been weakened by the duct work.

Also as shown in the graphic, you can clearly see the heat loss of the forced air duct work as compared to the hot water tubing. Forced air has a much greater amount of heat loss.
