Hydro-Comfort Unit Limited Warranty, and Replacement Service

Who is covered:

This Limited Warranty is given to the original Purchaser of the accompanying product (collectively referred to in this warranty as "this product").
If you purchased this product from someone other than an Authorized Hydro-Comfort reseller or Dealer in the United States or if this product was used prior to your purchase you are not the Original Purchaser and the product that you purchased is not covered by this warranty.

What is Covered:

The Peerless Pinnacle Boiler
The Propress fittings
All factory installed components with in the Hydro-Comfort Unit.

What is the length of the warranty Periods:

Boiler: 5 years from original purchase date and receipt of registration card.
Propress Fittings: 50 years replacement and labor from date of purchase

All other components: 5 years from date of purchase

What is NOT covered:
This warranty does not cover:

Physical damage to this product;
Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse neglect or accident (including but not limited to transporting this product without the proper preparation);
Anything outside of the Enclosure cabinet;
Problems arising from other than defects in material or workmanship.

This limited warranty is VOID if this product has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted warranty repair without authorization from Hydro-Enclosure Inc. and/or alteration/ removal of the serial number).

What Hydro-Enclosure Inc. will ask you to do:

Register Immediately! If no warranty Registration card is on file with the manufacturer, warranty will begin on date product shipped.

This product must be installed in strict compliance with enclosed installation instructions and any applicable local, state , and national codes including, but not limited to, building ,electrical, and mechanical codes.
Improper installation may create a condition where the operation of the product could cause personal injury or property damage
